Design a LOGO for the James L. Hamner Public Library

Rules & Regulations

• Open to all Amelia County residents
• All rights go to the library
• Entries must be original and must not infringe on any copyright or trademark
• The library may use, modify, and publish the winning design
• Participants agree to hold harmless the library and Amelia County
• The library may cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if needed
• Logos will be judged by a panel appointed by the Library Board
