Join us and teacher Jennifer Reis to give your clothes a new life with “artful mending!” Participants will learn to use creative patching, embroidery, and embellishing to repair and refresh clothing. All supplies to repair will be provided; participants will need to bring clothing to mend like jeans, shirts, and jackets made of cotton, linen, and wool. Some percentage of synthetic material (like polyester) is fine, but it needs to be predominantly natural fiber. Age 15+; ability to thread a needle is required.
