We’re joined by the Richmond Bonsai Society for a Bonsai workshop, teaching participants about pruning, wiring, and growing techniques that come from the ancient Japanese art of Bonsai. Participants will get a small evergreen tree to practice on, and will take it home to try growing for themselves. The Bonsai Society members will bring examples and will be available for questions.
