Whether you’re new to yoga, have limited mobility, or simply prefer a low-impact workout, Chair Yoga is a great way to enhance your overall well-being. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and recharged! Classes will be taught by Certified Yoga Instructor Martha Pullen. Space is limited. Open to the first 12 participants. For ages 18 and older.
