Heather from Brooks Bread Company of Powhatan will lead a class on how to care for sourdough starter and make it into bread. All supplies will be provided for the first ten participants to arrive. Those participants will be able to take those supplies home so they can recreate what they’ve learned, and take home some fresh bread!

The class will take place in Amelia County Parks and Recreation’s kitchen, located across the road from the library at 16330 Dunn St., Amelia Court House, VA 23002. For accessibility needs, please contact the library at least 24 hours before the program.
