The James L. Hamner Public Library Board of Trustees is a governing board of volunteers appointed by the Amelia County Board of Supervisors. The Trustees meet in the Hamner Room every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November) on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:00PM. Meeting agendas are posted at least a week before meetings, and minutes are posted after review and approval at the following board meeting.
