The James L. Hamner Public Library Board of Trustees is a governing board of volunteers appointed by the Amelia County Board of Supervisors. The Trustees meet in the Hamner Meeting Room every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November) on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:00PM.
